A Ham Lake Resort

It has been a few years now, but we still think about this Ham Lake, MN project. We had the pleasure of working with this family to automate a home that was featured in the 2013 Midwest Home magazine Luxury Home Tour.

Our favorite thing about this project is that it truly demonstrates all of the possibilities for a Smart Home Automation System system. The homeowners are able to control temperature, lighting, security and music through a Smartphone or tablet. One remote can control the 14-rooms of Sonance speakers, 3 Klipsch surround sound systems or the home theater. That is a true demonstration of having whole home audio/video system.

The dedicated home theater in this house is a work of art. From the riser seating to the JVC 4K projector the entire electronic system works with the room design to create a theater experience without the owners leaving their home.
